If your company manufactures in or sources from Mexico's Bajío region, your parts already move through Aguascalientes, León, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí and Guadalajara. Recicla has supplied wooden pallets and industrial packaging to this corridor for more than 30 years, from our own plant in Aguascalientes.
We supply new and certified recycled pallets (up to 40% cheaper than new), build crates and skids to drawing, machine CNC dunnage, and run our own SEMARNAT-authorized ISPM-15 heat-treatment ovens, so the pallet, the crate and the phytosanitary stamp come from one supplier, in one process.

Do your pallets meet ISPM-15 for cross-border shipments?
Yes. Recicla operates its own SEMARNAT-authorized heat-treatment facility in Aguascalientes, the first company in the state authorized under NOM-144-SEMARNAT-2017, Mexico's implementation of ISPM-15. Every treated lot ships with the IPPC stamp (MX country code, authorized-operator number and HT mark) and official lot documentation for customs.
What pallet sizes do you supply?
The GMA pallet (40 × 48 inches, the size US retail and distribution centers expect), plus the Mexican industrial standard 39 × 47″, the square 39 × 39″ and the Euro pallet (31.5 × 47″ / 800 × 1200 mm). We also build custom sizes to drawing, engineered from your load's weight, dimensions and transport method.
Do you supply recycled pallets, and are they export-grade?
Yes. Recycled pallets are structurally evaluated, repaired, and quality-certified before delivery, at up to 40% below the cost of new. They take the same NOM-144 heat treatment and IPPC stamp as new pallets, which makes them a common choice for one-way export shipments where the pallet doesn't come back.
What volumes and lead times can you handle?
Production capacity exceeds 20,000 pallets per month. Standard delivery across the Bajío corridor (Aguascalientes, León, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí, Zacatecas and Guadalajara) is 24 to 72 hours. For programs of 1,000+ pallets we run weekly or biweekly delivery schedules with reserved volume. Minimum first order is 50 pallets.
Can you build custom crates and dunnage for industrial equipment?
Yes. We design and build crates, boxes and skids to drawing, engineered from the load's weight, support points and route, and machine precision dunnage, cradles and separators on our ISO 9001:2015-certified CNC router. Heat treatment and IPPC marking are applied to the complete package when it crosses a border.
